Why Do You Want To Negotiate On The Internet? Can't I Just Call You?
You are more than welcome to call! However, over the past 7 years, we have become experts on selling vehicles through eBay. eBay presents a unique challenge because we must fully disclose and describe a vehicle for someone who will buy sight unseen. This seven year trial and error crafted the vehicle ads that you see on our website today. Therefore, we are supremely confident that if you view the ad, you know exactly what you are buying. Since you know what you're buying, and we obviously know what we're selling, the most efficient way is to negotiate a price before you take time out of your day to come view it. As a customer, nothing makes me (Dennis) more upset than wasting my time evaluating a product or service that, even if perfect, I later discover is priced too high. Our system eliminates wasted time!

Why do you sell so many theft recoveries and vehicles with issues?
Savings. With the economy down, our customers want deals. Our vehicles are the best deals out there. Many have stories, but they are solid vehicles. Wheel Kinetics' owners, Roger and Dennis, both drive salvage title theft recoveries. Roger loads his two kids in his Toyota Matrix daily. Wheel Kinetics believes in the safety, reliability, and value of these vehicles. And for 7 years, our customers have too.
Can I see the car before making an offer and/or bidding?
Generally not. You have probably come across Internet companies that do not allow you to pick up merchandise, even if you live in the same city. Like those companies, we do not employ more than the minimum personel needed for a great Internet car buying experience. That is, we do not have employees to show vehicles or keep the them clean.
Seems crazy? We can make a deal first. Then, when you see the vehicle and it's not what you want, there's no deal. No questions asked. This policy allows us to keep prices low!
If I pick up the car and tow it away, is there tax?
Yes. Only a professional carrier that ships the car out of state can avoid state tax under Arizona law.
Can you pick me up at the Tucson airport?
That depends on our auction schedules. If we can, we absolutely will! If not, our storage lot is an easy 10 miles from the airport.
Can I just show up between 8-3 Monday through Friday and pay for the car?
No. Please make an appointment with us so that we can ensure that your vehicle is ready for delivery.
I bought a salvage title and want it restored. How long does it take to do that?
Arizona does not do Level 3 inspections on Monday. In general, we can get it done the next day; however, that it subject to Arizona MVD workload and existing appointments.
