A: One of the worst aspects of doing business on eBay is the number of deadbeat bidders. Probably 30-40% of winning bidders will not even contact us.

Q: If I pick up the car and tow it away, is there tax?
A: Yes. Only a professional carrier that ships the car out of state can avoid state tax under Arizona law.

Q: Can you pick me up at the Tucson airport?
A: Yes! But please make an appointment/arrangements first.

Q: Can I just show up between 8-3 Monday through Friday and pay for the car?
A: No. Please make an appointment with us so that we can ensure that your vehicle is ready for delivery.

Q: How do you sell these cars no reserve?
A: We know the market! Customers think we take huge risks, but in reality eBay is a big place and our vehicles typically sell in the range we expect.

Q: I bought a salvage title and want it restored. How long does it take to do that?
A: Arizona does not do Level 3 inspections on Monday. In general, we can get it done the next day; however, that it subject to Arizona MVD workload and existing appointments.
