Please read: by ordering from Wheel Kinetics, the buyer consents to all of the following terms and conditions.

1) Warranty:
All products carry the manufacturer's warranty, which varies on a per-product basis. Please make sure to ask if you have any questions about a warranty before you make a purchase. Wheel Kinetics will not be accountable after you have received a product. Wheel Kinetics offers no warranty, explicitly or implied.

2) Returns:
Returns: All returns must be within 30 days of the date of invoice. All returned products must be in original, unopened, & resalable condition, just like when you received it, with all original documentation, boxes, etc. All returns are subject to a 25% restock fee. There are no returns on used parts, closeouts, or special order items.
Special order items include, but are not limited to: Custom wheels (e.g. HRE, Forgeline, etc), wheels not normally stocked (e.g. Blitz Techospeed Z3), and items not listed on the website.

All returns must be authorized! Please obtain authorization before returning. All packages must be insured.

3) Special Orders: Any item that is special order may require a deposit or full payment in advance at the time the order is placed. The deposit or full payment is not refundable under most conditions. Refunds may be granted at Wheel Kinetic’s sole discretion for situations it deems to be extreme. Special orders usually take weeks or months to arrive. Wheel Kinetics quotes an estimated amount of time. However, due to the nature of this business, some orders take longer than expected. Wheel Kinetics, L.L.C. will not be held responsible for delays from manufacturers, transportation / shipping companies, or product being held at Customs.

4) Credit Policies: Credit will be issued within one week of receiving a returned part back in saleable condition. There are no returns or credits on items used by the customer or items that are physically damaged. If you receive an item that is physically damaged when you receive it then you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Do not send a physically damaged item back to Wheel Kinetics unless instructed! Simply contact the office so that you may be assisted in handling a damage claim with the carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.)

5) Payment Policies:
Credit Card: We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. There is NO surcharge unless you won an item of ours through an auction.
Prepay: Pay only cost of products plus shipping and insurance. Please allow up to 3 business days for personal checks to clear after we receive it here. If you want to avoid waiting, please send a verifiable cashier's check or money order.
COD: Sorry, no COD unless you prepay the shipping costs or are a previous customer. COD costs are $6.00 for a UPS COD Tag per box or $10.00 for a FedEx COD Tag per box. No COD on Special Orders unless specific arrangements have been made before a finalized order.
All special orders require at least 50% down payment, which is 100% non-refundable*.

6) Accounting Policy: There will be a $25.00 fee on all returned checks, per incident. All lawsuit expenses towards collecting bad debts are the buyer's responsibility. There is an additional $25.00 fee from Wheel Kinetics for every returned check. Each returned check will cost $50.00 extra and Wheel Kinetics will absolutely pursue its collection to the fullest extent of the law.

7) Use of products we sell:
Some of the items sold through Wheel Kinetics are for racing and off-road use only and should never be used on public streets or highways. Please check your local, state, & federal laws regarding such use. Wheel Kinetics is not responsible for damage any product may cause to the buyer, anyone with relation to the buyer, the vehicle, other vehicles or persons, or any other entity.

8) Other Legal Policies: Wheel Kinetics, at its sole discretion, may choose to either repair or replace any product returned within the warranty. If neither repair nor replacement is possible, Wheel Kinetics will, at its sole discretion, provide a refund, company credit, or replace the item with an item of equal or greater present market value. Wheel Kinetics will be held harmless for any damages any products shipped from its locations may cause. Wheel Kinetics will not be responsible in which any part that it provided causes any damage whatsoever to any part, automobile, person, or other entity. We reserve the right to notify you of other stipulations at a later time. Other conditions may apply as necessary.

9) By ordering from Wheel Kinetics, L.L.C. over the phone, e-mail, fax, or by our online catalog, you are agreeing to and accepting all of these terms.
